How do I access another company with the same login?
It is common for a user to serve more than one company with the same e-mail address.
In this self-help topic, we'll show you how to change access from one company to another.
NOT LOGGED IN TO THE PLATFORM
After logging in to our platform, the first screen that will appear is the “My account” screen with all the companies registered.
In this case, select the company you want and click on Access Company
LOGGED INTO THE PLATFORM
If the user is logged in to our platform and needs to change company, locate the user's profile photo at the top, click and select the option My companies.
This will show all the companies that the user is registered with, so just select the company and click on Access Company .
