How to create a new account?

Today, in order to negotiate with some clients, it is necessary to be registered on our platform.


In your inbox,

Locate the registration invitation email sent by our platform with the sender "naoresponder@baseb.com.br".
In this e-mail, there will be some information about the invitation, who sent it and there will be a link where you will be directed to register on the platform.
When you click on the link, you will be directed to the platform where you will already be pre-filled with some information about the company that invited you, and then you will have to fill in the fields: Name, telephone number, e-mail address and password.
After filling in the information, accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
After this, you will be sent an e-mail with a link to confirm your account.
After confirming your account, you will have access to your account.

NOTE: After activating and confirming your account, you may have to request access. This is because you already have an active and confirmed user. In this case, your access will be approved by the user in order to gain access to the company.

NOTE: Our notification emails are sent with links to the platform. As a result, some servers understand that the email is malicious or contains viruses, so the email is canceled and the email does not reach your inbox.
