How to recover password?

Forgetting your password is a common occurrence due to the hustle and bustle of everyday life. But at Base-B the password recovery process is very simple.


NOT LOGGED IN TO THE PLATFORM

On the Base-B login screen click on the option: Forgot password?
Enter your e-mail address and click on the button: Confirm
Access your inbox, locate the password recovery e-mail, and click on the button: Reset Password or copy the link and paste it into your browser.
Create a new password according to the rules.
READY! Your password has been changed, and you are directed to the next screen of the system.
Log in with the new password!


LOGGED IN TO THE PLATFORM

In the top bar, in the right-hand corner, click on your photo.
Then click on: Profile
Switch to the Security tab and click on Change password.
A POP-UP will open for you to change your password.
Create a new password according to the rules.
Save the information.
READY! Your password has been changed.
On your next login you will need to enter the new password.

NOTE: It may take a while to receive the password change e-mail due to the slowness of the server to which the e-mail is being sent.
