How to remove/inactivate a user?

There are cases where a user is a customer's supplier, but that user is terminated or ends up leaving the company. And then another user is registered to provide for that company, but the company wants the former employee to no longer have access to the platform.
In such cases, we recommend disabling it.

After the login in our portal,

In the top bar, in the right-hand corner, next to your profile picture, there are 9 'squares'. Click on the option and then on Settings.
Once this is done, in the left-hand menu there will be the option Users.
Then, the list of registered users will appear. Further to the right, on the same line as the user you want to inactivate, there are 3 dots. Just click there and then select the Edit option.
Once that's done, just deactivate the user, and then Save.
