How to recover password?

Forgetting your password is a common occurrence due to the hustle and bustle of everyday life. But at Base-B the password recovery process is very simple.

NOT LOGGED IN TO THE PLATFORM

• On the Base-B login screen click on the option: Forgot password?
• Enter your e-mail address and click on the button: Confirm
• Access your inbox, locate the password recovery e-mail, and click on the button: Reset Password or copy the link and paste it into your browser.
• Create a new password according to the rules.
• READY! Your password has been changed, and you are directed to the next screen of the system.
• Log in with the new password!

LOGGED IN TO THE PLATFORM

• In the top bar, in the right-hand corner, click on your photo.
• Then click on: Profile
• Switch to the Security tab and click on Change password.
• A POP-UP will open for you to change your password.
• Create a new password according to the rules.
• Save the information.
• READY! Your password has been changed.

On your next login you will need to enter the new password.

NOTE: It may take a while to receive the password change e-mail due to the slowness of the server to which the e-mail is being sent.
