How do I send a message to the buyer inside the process?
When you receive a quotation or order, it may not be clear what information the buyer wants. It is then necessary to contact the buyer to find out more information.
Today on our platform it is possible to send a message to the buyer about the process.
After locating the process and checking some of its information, there are some options, among them is the option Messages.

>Purchase Orders
When you select the option Messages, a pop-up will open where you can send a message to the buyer.
Note: When you send the message, your buyer receives a notification in their email inbox and in the process within the platform.
When the buyer replies to your message, you will be notified via e-mail, and within the platform there will be a signpost in the process.
