After logging in to our portal, in the left menu, there are Activations.

The activation process would be a supplier validation/activation step in the buyer's 'supplier list'.
In the Activations option, you can check the activation status, which customer the activation was received from, the activation code, description and activation start date and expiration date.
At the end of the line, there will be the option to answer what is being asked in the activation questionnaire.

How to respond to an activation process sent by a customer?

At the end of the line, there will be the To Respond option.
Then just enter the activation process, answer the questions or attach the requested documents and then send.
Within the questionnaire you can have several questions and also different types of questions (EX: Multiple choice, checkboxes, drop-down list and file upload).

Note: If you have any doubts about the activation status, just click on the status, which will show each type of situation and its respective legend.
