After logging in to our portal, in the left menu, there are Homologation.

The Homologation process would be a stage of validation/activation of the supplier, in the 'supplier list' of the buyer.
In the Homologation option, you can check the approval status, which customer it was received from, the approval code, the description and the activation start and expiration date and the score (percentage score).

How to respond to an Approval process sent by a customer?

At the end of the line, depending on the situation of the questionnaire, there will be the option to view or answer what is being requested in the homologation questionnaire.
Then just enter the homologation process, answer the questions or attach the requested documents and then send.

Note: If you have any doubts about the activation status, just click on the status, which will show each type of situation and its respective legend.
