My supplier does not have access to the Request for Quotation, what to do?

Today on our platform, the Buyer can direct the proposal to any user registered as a supplier.

EXAMPLE: Company Y has employees Pedro and João. But the buyer wants only Pedro to answer the process. Then the buyer 'releases' access to the quote only for Pedro, thus, appearing for João a warning for him to contact the buyer.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to make the change.

Once on our platform, locate the Request for Quotation option in the left menu, then locate the process in which the supplier does not have access and select the option Edit.
Then go down to the suppliers listed in the quote, and then do the process visibility change. There are options: All, Specific or None.
After making this change, just Save, and go up to the header and then Send.

Detail: For cases in which there is no 'Preference' in supplier responding, we instruct to release it to users who have access to the supplier company, thus changing the visibility of the process to All.
